Chris and Ryann are a husband and wife duo who moved to Cabrera, Dominican Republic in 2014 in search of a life that truly excites them. Chris, being a Dominican American and always strongly connected to his Dominican roots, felt that his path was calling him home. Ryann, who is always up for a new adventure, decided that there is no better time than the present to try and create their dream life, so … ‘why not?!’

Little did they know, they were about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime!

Over the last 10 years, the duo has created a successful, boutique agency that focuses on only the best real estate opportunities, vacation rentals & unique excursions Cabrera has to offer. Together they have created a life where they enjoy the work & experiences they create and who they create them for. Life in a small, very special town that has brought them liberating freedom, peace of mind, the opportunity to build something very special.

They truly live the lifestyle & just finished designing and building their own dream home. Chris has also started to consult on new builds for our clients who want a modernized home with all the first world conveniences and amenities. He has years of knowledge and experience on how to create the ultimate dream home and overcome the challenges that arise when building in the DR.
